A total of 850,000 cars were recalled in Britain last year, according to figures released by the Vehicle and Operator Service Agency (Vosa). A recall takes place when a car manufacturer becomes aware of a safety-related defect involving one of its cars. The Range Rover Sport TDV8 Ultimate
Update: Land Rover are on the ball despite it being a Bank Holiday weekend. They’ve been in touch to say there are no plans for a UK version of the RRS TDV8 Ultimate. So we know that Land Rover are going to plant a new 4.4 litre diesel in the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport (and probably Jaguar in the new XJ TDV8 too).
McLaren Automotive design director Frank Stephenson was honored this weekend at the 80th anniversary of the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Calif. Stephenson is a 1986 graduate of the school, and he received the Creative Spirit Award along with three other alumni. The MP4-12C was also on display at the festivities.
